1. Text messages are intended for brief inquiries, updates, or clarification related to ongoing treatment only.
2. Responses will be provided during business hours (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday).
3. Text messages sent outside of business hours will be addressed during the next business day.
4. Urgent medical concerns should be directed to emergency services or addressed during scheduled appointments.
5. Unused text message allowances do not roll over to the next month.
6. Additional text messages beyond the package limit will incur a surcharge.
7. Texting packages are billed on a monthly basis and require a minimum commitment of three months.
8. Changes or cancellations to the text contact package must be requested with at least 30 days' notice.
9. After-hours messaging surcharges apply for text messages sent after 6 pm.
10. Emails will be responded to on a best-case basis, usually within 2 business days, except during vacation time or other specified periods of unavailability.
11. No refunds can be provided on annual packages, and the annual package expires one year after purchase date.

- Basic Text Contact Package with 10 texts per month and 24 hours response time - ($720 value)
- Total cost: $2250 per person
2. Deluxe Annual Package:
- Up to 8 chronic-treatment follow-ups for the year ($1000 value)
- Up to 7 acute disease consults for the year ($875 value)
- 25 extra e-mails per year on top of the 3 between follow-ups ($375 value)
- Premium Text Contact Package with 30 texts per month and 6 hours response time ($1800 value)
- No surcharge for after-hours texts
- Same day surcharge reduced fee: $25 ($50 saving per same day consult)
- Holiday surcharge reduced fee: $25 ($50 saving per same day consult)
- Emergency/after-hours surcharge reduced fee: $25 ($50 saving per same day consult)
