Basic Fee Structure
1. Initial Consultation Fee:
- Cost: $250
- Remedy Bottle: $30
- Email access between follow-ups included (limited to a maximum of 3 emails per patient; extra email responses $15/email).
2. Follow-up Fee:
- Cost: $125
- Remedy Bottle (if applicable): $30
- Follow-up appointments are typically scheduled every 4 to 8 weeks.
- Email access between follow-ups included (limited to a maximum of 3 emails per patient; extra email responses $15/email).
Affordable Annual Packages
1. 8 Follow-up Package:
- Up to 8 chronic-treatment follow-ups for the year ($1000 value)
- Text message support: Not included
- Acute care: Extra charge
- Total cost: $800 per person
2. Initial Consult plus 8 follow-up Package:
- Initial Consult ($250 value)
- Up to 8 chronic-treatment follow-ups for the year ($1000 value)
- 10 extra e-mails per year on top of the 3 between follow-ups - ($150 value)
- Text message support: Not included
- Acute care: Extra charge but reduced fee of $100 per acute-disease consult
- Total cost: $1000 per person

Cancellation Policy:
- Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the appointment cost.
Same-Day Appointment Surcharge:
- Same-day appointments are available upon request and subject to availability.
- A Same-Day Appointment Surcharge of $75 applies for appointments scheduled on the same day.
- Same-day appointments must be requested at least 4 hours before the desired appointment time.
Holiday Surcharge :
- Scheduled appointments on holidays are subject to availability and are charged a surcharge of $75.
- Holiday appointments must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
Emergency Appointment Surcharge:
- Emergency appointments scheduled after 6 pm or outside of regular business hours (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM) are subject to a surcharge of $75.
- Emergency appointments must be reserved for urgent medical concerns that cannot wait until the next business day.
Late Payment Surcharge:
- Payments not paid within a week of the invoice date will incur a late fee surcharge of $25.
